NEW USER SIGN UP

Step1 – Register to create an account
Step2 – After creating an account, you will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to select event slot. For now, select “FREE” package
Step3-Fill the form content that will be displayed as follow:
I. On the main setting, state the name (title) of the event, category, location, number of seats available, event start date and end date with time. Also brief description about the event. And if the ticket will be sold online, paste the generated code in the ticket box.
ii. Upload the cover photo of the event. (Optional)And if there are any galleries of the event, upload them with speakers of the event
iii. Fill the address of the event, location, and state.
iv. Fill the contact details by giving the contact of the event organizer or host.
v. Fill the social page addresses or links (if any)
vi. State the amenities available
vii. Give the Google map address of the venue (Add guide on how to get Google Map)
viii. Lastly, submit your event for review or moderation by the admin of the website before going live.

ALREADY MEMBER

Step 1– Click on “login” or “Create event” button and insert your login details
Step 2– Follow the same procedures or steps mentioned above.

EVENT ATTENDEES/VISITORS

Step 1– Search for the event
Step 2– Click on the event so as to open the event page. Scroll down to where the “buy tickets” button is, click on it and you will be directed to where you will pay online to get the entrance code and other necessary things that will qualify you for the event.
Note– Your payment transactions are fully secured.
Step 3– After payment; bring your receipt and/ any other details to the venue of the event for verifications.
